Yoga Calm for Kids
Yoga Calm for Kids is for ages 4-10 (ish). Through yoga poses, breathing techniques, and social/emotional activities, we will focus on self-awareness, self-regulation, and physical, emotional, and mental strength.

$18/class or buy a sibling set of 2 for $30.

Space is limited. To secure your child’s spot, please register. Cancellations may be made one week prior to the scheduled class for a refund, less a processing fee. Refunds will not be made for missed classes.

Yoga mat
Bottled water only
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing for movement
Bare feet
Participants must use hand sanitizer or wash hands upon arrival.

Yoga Calm:
Develops social/emotional awareness and skills
Promotes relaxation, attention, mindfulness, and self regulation
Fosters physical fitness and character development
The Yoga Calm Instructor will utilize an integrated approach of yoga, mindfulness, physical poses, nervous-system regulation, social/emotional skill development, and emotional support to help equip children with the skills, self-understanding, and self-confidence needed to make healthy life choices.
Using techniques and curriculum based on Yoga Calm, participants will leave feeling more focused, relaxed, and energized. Skills and activities covered are simple breathing techniques; yoga poses; games that develop patience, mindfulness, compassion, and leadership skills; relaxation techniques and storytelling.
